Due to insurance requirements:
- Members ages 13–17 may only use the facility during staffed hours
- If visiting outside staffed hours, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

- Cancellations must be submitted either in person or via email
- We do not accept cancellations by phone or through social media

After-Hours Access & Security
- After staffed hours, gym access is restricted to active members only
- For the safety and security of all members, the facility is monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras
Guest Policy & Unauthorized Use
We strictly enforce our policy regarding unauthorized use of the facility. Use of the gym without a valid membership or proper authorization may result in criminal prosecution for theft of services.
Members are not permitted to bring non-members into the facility without payment. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Winter Shoe Policy
During the winter months, we kindly ask all members to change into clean indoor shoes in the downstairs area to help prevent damage to equipment and flooring.
